Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes, I offer online therapy exclusively to clients physically located in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Florida (and soon New Hampshire!)

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes! Please email me for scheduling availability.

Do you only work with couples?

While my experience and practice-focus is on couples, marriage, and relationship therapy, I also work with families in transition looking to improve structure, clarity in roles and rules, and increased bonds. As well, I work with individuals in transition, looking to improve or heal from their relationships and patterns. I have some experience working with dyads within polycules as well.

Do you offer evening sessions?

Yes I do! I offer sessions from early afternoon to about 8pm Monday thru Thursday.

What type of couples work do you do?

I primarily work with couples (of all social locations) who feel disconnected from each other and/or are struggling to communicate with one another to slow down, hear and understand each other, and reconnect. I also work with couples who have experienced a betrayal but want to repair, understand what happened, and move forward together. And I support couples who have decided to amicably separate navigate this transition, learn to coparent, and start to heal and move forward as a new type of family. I used to offer discernment counseling (short-term support to decide on separation or repair) and mediation, but I no longer do this work.

We live in different places, can we still meet with you?

While it’s ideal for clients to be physically next to each other during sessions, it’s ok to be in different places if needed so long as everyone is located in my current states of licensure at the time of the session (ie. MA, CT, FL, and soon NH).
